Sue Fletcher Planning Officer, City Hall NR2 1NH or : suefletcher@norwich.gov.uk stating you wish to object to this proposal, quoting ref. 07/01124F site: 84 Unthank Rd. Norwich. This does not need to be lengthy - use bullet points and your own style.
Arguments against Tesco's new planning application
1. Inappropriate design
2. Limitations of manoeuvre for delivery vehicles
3. The fact that the new store would not be adding significantly to what is already in the neighbourhood
4. The risk of increasing accidents in an area where there are already significant number of incidents
5.'Lack of amenity' (Trinity St/Unthank Rd junction is a blind corner, and various other practical difficulties to do with the site itself)
.We are very much in agreement with Norwich City Council's Local Planning Officer's reasons for refusal of previous planning applications, and recommendation that the site is more suitable for either housing or an open/recreational space.
